Reporting for Yle and Åbo Underrättelser
I worked as a reporter at Svenska Yle in Åboland and at Åbo Underrättelser. Here is a selection of the Yle stories, from the Åbo–Stockholm ferry to festivals and local politics.
I started in journalism at Svenska Yle in Åboland, in 2022 and 2023. I reported and produced news for radio and the web. For other Yle offices I also did TV, live-stream, photo and audiovisual work.
Later, in 2023 and 2024, I wrote for Åbo Underrättelser, the Swedish-language daily in Turku. The job was the same in spirit: find out what mattered to local readers, call the people involved, interview them and write it up.
